  • New patients must book a new patient appointment, which includes the $125 new patient registration fee. This ensures we have the proper paperwork and consents on file

  • Payment is due at the time of service; costs below do not include labs or medications

  • All appointments are telehealth visits; home visits are considered on a case by case basis, subject to a fee

  • Any necessary labs or testing will require a follow up appointment to review

How does it work?

  3. Book the appointment that is right for you, at the time that is most convenient

  • 60 min - $350 + $125 new patient fee

    This visit allows for a full medical history, symptom review and comprehensive assessment. Together we will make a plan to support your health goals, ensuring you walk away with clarity and understanding.

  • Consult visit - 60 min - $350*

    *If a new patient, an additional $125 will be charged for the new patient fee

    Everything you can expect from a regular consult, as well as comprehensive risk assessment and review of the latest evidence to help you understand your options. We will develop an individualized plan with clear next steps, educational resources and further workup, if indicated.

    Please note, if prescription management is indicated, you will be required to enroll in a $100/mo. prescription management plan, billed either on 6 or 12 month basis, which will include 2 or 3 follow-up visits, respectively, to be used at the discretion of you or your provider.

  • 30 min - $200*

    Shorter visits for straightforward concerns that may require treatment or guidance of next steps.

  • 1 hr - $350

    Visits for more complex or ongoing concerns, including metabolic health assessments, mental health concerns, sexual health concerns, lifestyle guidance or healthcare navigation concerns, where extended time will allow a comprehensive review and assessment.

    Together we will formulate a personalized plan tailored to address your concerns and help you meet your health goals.

  • 30 min - $200

    Follow ups are required to review any labs or testings, if indicated and ordered, or as part of a prescription management plan.

    Please note, if prescription management is indicated, you will be required to enroll in a $100/mo. prescription management plan, billed either on 6 or 12 month basis, which will include 2 or 3 follow-up visits, respectively, to be used at the discretion of you or your provider.
