Comprehensive chronic health consultation:
Initial services consist of a long comprehensive consultation appointment where we review your intake forms and health history, and make a plan that may include additional labs or testing, and consideration of any relevant medications or treatments. This may include second opinion and healthcare navigation consults, which are extended visits to discuss complicated medical situations.
Shorter health consultation:
We offer a short consult appointment for more urgent or simpler healthcare needs.

All new patients must book a new patient appointment - either short or long - which includes a $125 new patient registration fee and ensures we have the proper paperwork on file.
Please note: We do not take private insurance. We accept cash and Medicare.*
