Comprehensive health consultation:
Initial visits consist of a long comprehensive consultation appointment where we review your intake forms and health history, your concerns and priorities, as well as any applicable risk assessments. We then make a plan that may include additional labs or testing, consideration of any relevant medications or treatments as well as extensive education and actionable next steps.
Shorter health consultation:
We offer a short consult appointment for more urgent or simpler healthcare needs.

All new patients must book a new patient appointment - either short or long - which includes a $125 new patient registration fee and ensures we have the proper paperwork on file.
Please note: We do not take private insurance. We accept cash and Medicare.*
